Planning, organizing and managing of repair & maintenance works for vessels to be docked & repaired, according to requirements (steel renewal, pipe renewal, outfitting works, blasting and painting treatment, shaft & propeller removal, pumps overhaul, valve overhaul, main & auxiliary engines overhaul, boiler cleaning, electrical works, insulation works, heat exchanger cleaning and repair, navigation equipments, safety equipments etc.)
Providing of all communication and correspondences with class society, behalf of Owner Company during the repair period. Delivering of all completed jobs with delivery reports to owner representatives and class societies. Preparing time schedules, progress reports. Preparing and delivering of NDT’s, air & hydrostatic tank tests, dye penetrant checks, UTM’s reports. Preparing and delivering of final invoice to owner representatives.
Preparing procedures, plans (drawings), time-schedules, risk & cost analysis repair reports. After completion of the projects preparing and submitting of progress payments for subcontractors.
